Blue Moon White Mica by Mad Micas is an off-white mica with a cool blue-purple sheen that becomes visible when used in clear bases or spread across a surface. The effect adds subtle color shift and dimension while keeping the overall shade light.
About this colorant
Blue Moon is more about sheen and movement than solid color. In clear melt and pour and other transparent bases, the blue-purple shift can show through clearly. In cold process soap, Mad Micas notes that it appears off-white without the blue sheen, so the finished effect will depend on the base you’re working with.
