We do our best to get your supplies to you quickly and safely. Here’s what you can expect when ordering from Maker’s Haven.

Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.
• Expedited options are available at checkout if you need your order faster.

Delivery Times

• Standard delivery is usually 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Expedited shipping times vary by carrier and option selected.
• Once shipped, delivery times are in the hands of the carrier.

Local Pickup

• Local pickup is available at our store in Chandler, AZ.
• Select “Store Pickup” at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• If your tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have your package, contact us at hello@makershaven.com.
• We’ll help investigate with the carrier and work with you on next steps.
• Maker’s Haven is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, strikes, or other events outside our control, but we’ll always do our best to support you.
