ORDERS & RETURNS

Can I place an order by phone for pickup?

Yes! Give us a call and we’ll be happy to take your order over the phone. We’ll prepare everything for you so it’s ready when you arrive for a quick and easy pickup at our Chandler storefront.

How soon will my phone order be ready for pickup?

Most orders are ready the same day. Give us a call, and we’ll let you know the pickup time based on what you’re ordering.

What is your return policy?

We want you to feel confident in every order. Unopened, unused, and resalable non-consumable items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit.

Are there items that can’t be returned?

Yes. For safety, freshness, and quality, certain products are non-returnable. These include:

  • Sodium hydroxide (lye) and potassium hydroxide
  • Essential oils and fragrance oils
  • Colorants and soap bases
  • Herbs and botanicals
  • Fixed oils and waxes
  • Liquids, powders, and butters
  • DIY kits and project kits

Gift cards and clearance items are also final sale.

Why can’t consumable items be returned?

Since our products are ingredients used to create cosmetics and personal care items, they must remain verified unadulterated for safety and quality purposes. For this reason, we cannot accept returns on consumables.

How will I receive my refund?

Approved returns are issued as store credit only. Please note, your original receipt is required.

Products & Quality

How do you choose which products to carry?

We test every product ourselves before adding it to our collection. As makers, we only recommend supplies we'd use in our own creations. If it doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't make it to our shelves.

Are your fragrance oils safe for my projects?

Yes! All fragrance oils we carry are IFRA compliant and safe for soap, skincare, and candles when used as directed. If you’d like usage rates, let us know — we’re happy to help.

Do you offer samples or smaller sizes to try first?

While we don’t offer samples for every product, many items are available in smaller sizes so you can test them before stocking up.

How fresh are your ingredients?

We work with trusted suppliers and keep our stock moving quickly. Every product includes a lot code on the label so you can feel confident in what you’re using.

Do you provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS)?

Yes. We’re happy to provide SDS for fragrance oils, essential oils, and other raw materials upon request.

Can you help me choose the right supplies for my project?

Absolutely! We're makers too and love helping others find what works best for their projects. Feel free to contact us with questions about ingredients, techniques, or product compatibility.

We love helping new makers! Start by contacting us with your interests. We can recommend beginner-friendly supplies and point you toward reliable resources for learning basic techniques safely.

Do you offer classes or workshops?

We're planning to offer hands-on classes in the future. Join our newsletter to be the first to know when workshops become available.

Store & Contact

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Yes! You can visit our store to see supplies in person, get hands-on advice, and connect with fellow makers. Check our Contact page for current hours and location details.

What are your store hours?

Tues–Fri: 9 AM – 6 PM
Saturday: 10 AM – 4 PM
Sun–Mon: Closed

How soon will I hear back if I have a question?

We typically respond to emails and contact form submissions within 24 hours during business days. For immediate assistance, visit us in store or call during business hours.
