Refund policy
We want you to love what you create with your Maker’s Haven supplies. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- For safety and quality reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products.
- To start a return, email us at hello@makershaven.com.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Returns must be shipped to: Maker’s Haven, 2050 N Alma School Rd #27, Chandler, AZ 85224.
- Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
- You can always contact us with any return question at hello@makershaven.com.
Refunds & Replacements
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away with a quick photo and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and let you know if the refund was approved.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@makershaven.com.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene, certain items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Opened oils, fragrance, colorants, and raw ingredients
- Digital products or gift cards
- Clearance and sale items
Exchanges
Need to swap something out? Let us know. If your item is unopened and within the 30-day window, we can arrange an exchange for another product.
